Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse
Visit this historic lighthouse where two oceans meet. Tour the grounds or go with a guide to the top. See the turbulent Indian Ocean and Southern Ocean. The site of the famous Pericles wreck is just out from the observation area.

The Caves.
The Lake, Mammoth and Jewel Caves are just a short distance away. Enjoy lunch or coffee at the new state of the art restaurant at the Jewel Cave overlooking the tall karri trees.

The Whales
Whale Watch excursions run from June until October. View these amazing creatures as they rest in Flinders Bay with their calves.

Eco River Cruises.
In the summer months travel the expanse of the Blackwood River with a guided commentary on many variety of birds and perhaps be entertained by our resident pod of dolphins.

Fishing and Crabbing.
Fish from the Town Jetty or from many spots along the shore. We have room for your boat if you wish to bring it with you. Crabs have been very plentiful and tasty so come and enjoy.

Sporting  Activities.
Augusta Golf Club has a world class golf course and visitors are welcome. There is also a nine hole public golf course in the street behind Clovelly Units. A five dollar fee is placed in the honour box by each player before you set off on this very well maintained area.

Museum
The Augusta and Districts Historical Museum is opposite Clovelly Units and is open daily

Churches
Anglican, Catholic and Uniting Churches are all within walking distance.
